Incredibly professional and well thought out. The Manager of Recruiting was completely prepared for the interview process which consisted of two phone interviews (one was initial outreach and the second was a questions and answers session after reviewing my resume), with some back and forth emails. Then a scheduled GoToMeeting with the Manager of Recruiting and then with my potential boss (SVP). I was then asked to fly from Los Angeles to Saint Louis for more in-depth interviews with Construction Managers, Project Coordinator and meeting some of the staff. Wow, were they thorough. I felt completely respected and engaged the entire process.
