Had an initial interview with a recruiter and a second interview with a sales manager. Laid back process, it was an enjoyable experience overall. I was offered the job a week after second interview

Short , simple, sweet. Easy process . Sales based questions. Went over job duties and functions. Guy sounded like he had a ton of other interviews to do. Felt good about to the interview, I am curious about the commission structure though.

Pretty basic and typical interview, questions about experience, licensing and time in the industry. Also went into details about the company and what Newrez offers. Very informal especially if the market is hot.
