They don't ask for a CV. Instead, they send you a couple of tests, followed by a video interview. After the video interview, there's an assessment day. The assessment day was the most challenging part of the process, especially because it was conducted online, which made it more difficult.

Overall a sensible process, the video assessment and psychometric tests seemed difficult to fail. The group assessment was challenging but ultimately appropriate for the position. I would interview again given the chance.
Online application form. Test. Video Interview. Online assessment day, with an afternoon session. Full of tests and group exercise. In-person. Dinner hosted the night before. 1 Motivational/Competency interview and 1 technical case study.

Virtual, automated interview; Assessment centre; Two in-person Interviews. Virtual interview covered easy questions about the interviewee, less technical and more personality based. Assessment centre was with other candidates testing ability to tackle case study problems surrounding supply chain efficiency.
