An assessment day with about 15 other people. The first activity was to find out as much about another candidate as possible and then to introduce them. This was followed by a repeat of the tests carried out online. Finally a group case study where each person had a piece of information and had to solve as a group.
The interview was not at all personal. I got the impression they were looking for clones of an ideal candidate so they can mold you into exactly the person they want you to be. They are not looking for individuals with different experiences. They're looking for people who have limited experience so they can create you into exactly what they want, rather than someone who may question the status quo. I can only think they end up with a group of people are exact replicas of one another.

- If you pass this, you get through to the interview stage - behavioural and technical
Initial maths and literacy test followed by hirevue interview questions followed by selection day assessment centre split up into morning and afternoon session where a case study is presented to a group and you must solve together

You are asked to introduce a person they paid you up with and solve case studies using the newton method which is explained right before the case study
