I had an initial screening interview with HR and then was scheduled for a second interview. The person interviewing me never called, was supposedly "out sick" but my recruiter was unaware. My recruiter then told me she was going to figure out what was going on but then another week goes by and when I tried to reach out to my recruiter again, I received no reply.
