Received a request to interview on two separate occasions from two separate recruiters. On both occasions they asked me to pick two dates to schedule the initial screening call. On both occasions, when the dates came that I chose for the initial screen arrived, both recruiters failed to reach out to me. No email asking to reschedule or anything. We are asked to prepare for interviews and to be informed of a company, which takes time out of our day. If this behavior from the recruiters is any indication of how this company is run, I would look elsewhere

One on one interview initially with hiring manager. Then, a panel interview with hiring manager and several other key engineers present. First interview was a typical screening-type interview. Second panel interview was more to establish my background, knowledge, and skills. I was asked a few technical questions and to explain some concepts, but it was all very reasonable.
