I was referred to Adroll by another employee in the end of January 2018. I then had a brief phone call interview with a recruiter and a CoderPad tech screen interview, with approximately 10 days between each stage. Soon after the tech screen I have received an offer from another company and Adroll was very accommodating and set up an onsite for me in just a couple of days after I had let them know. On-site consisted of five 45 minutes long interviews: one on modelling, one on data manipulation, one on time series and anomalies, one case study and a lunch. Most questions were medium difficultly, some were easy. Interviewers were polite, professional and made my experience comfortable and pleasant. In the end of each interview they answered my questions and told me about Adroll culture. Soon after the on-site I have received an offer from Adroll. Even though in the end I went with an offer from another company, I enjoyed interviewing with them.
