I applied online and was shortly contacted by a recruiter about 1 month later. The first interview was more of an information session were she shared about the company and asked me questions about myself. Shortly after my expressed interest, she notified me that there was a position available and asked if i was interested. I answered yes, and she put me in touch with 2 replenishment managers. I had 2 separate interviews with them. Both went well . then i was invited for the next round of interviews which started from 9am to 11:30. I interviewed with 6 people. they ask you a mix of educational and behavioral questions.

This company's interviewing process is atrocious. It started with a 15 minute phone screen from the recruiter and it took over a week before I had to set up another phone interview with 2 employees that work in the Procurement department. After that, I had to come in the following week to conduct a series of 3 panel interviews that consisted of 2 or more people, which lasted for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. I found the interview questions to be ineffective and some of the employees I spoke with were rather rude. One lady that I spoke with was giving me dirty looks and I found this very offensive. I can't believe they hire someone like her who has ridiculously fake eye lashes that stuck out 4 inches and big fake lips. That doesn't look professional at all. It has been over a week since I had the interview and never received a response. I had an e-mailed the recruiter to let her know about the interview, but couldn't be bother with responding to me. Asking hypothetical questions is not only ineffective, it doesn't prove that the candidate can succeed in the position. It would be more effective to have them prove their skill set, rather than asking about it. I would never recommend that anyone interview with Niagara. They are very unprofessional.
