I was asked to answer some questions via email by the recruiter. I was then contacted by an Executive Assistant to schedule a single interview with the crew. Interview was chill and simple, with the interviewers mostly asking about my interest in production and how I could build upon my previous animation experience.

Overall very solid! 2 rounds of interviews: One email screening, and a big interview with the head of the department. It felt a little weird jumping from HR to the head so quickly, but they do their best to make you feel comfortable. They also really get into job specifics and future prospects. My advice is to just take it easy. They want to get to know you. My interview felt much more like a back and forth conversation and less of an interview.
