One of the most unprofessional interview experiences I’ve had. The process consisted of 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and an HR discussion. The first technical round was decent and focused on Java, Spring Boot, and SQL. However, the second technical round was disappointing. The interviewer seemed distracted throughout the interview, attending phone calls instead of focusing on the discussion, and asked several irrelevant high-level system design questions for a Software Engineer role. The managerial round was not any better. The manager joined late and appeared occupied with other tasks during the interview. Overall, it felt like the company was only interested in candidates with shorter notice periods, while the interview experience and candidate communication were not taken seriously. The HR communication was also poor. There was no proper update after the managerial round, and I was eventually ghosted without a clear response.

The interviewer showed up and literally said "I think we let you slip through the filter by mistake because we are looking for a senior and you are entry level. Sorry, just wanted to let you know in person. Good luck, bye!" I barely could tell her my name and say thank you before she just left the call.

They have Three Round 1st and in 2nd they will take your technical interview and in 3rd is HR. Yes its not tough as it looks if you have good skills in it.
