They don't really well organized. Since my interviewer told me that they focused on C++. Since I made one mistake on their C++ question, my interviewer told me that I am not qualified. But later on, I know from other candidates that they even told their interviewer they don't know much about C++ and they got second interview finally. I feel that this is not a very well organized company.
