The communication during the interviews was pleasant, but the outcome and attitude at the end were disappointing. The offer was misleading because the position title was missing, and only after I asked, it became clear that it was not the role I interviewed for. The offered salary was at the very bottom of the advertised range, and they showed no interest in discussing any clear paths for me to reach a higher salary within the company before accepting the offer.
