My interview experience took about two weeks, it started off with a basic screening interview to let me know about the company and their mission. The second interview was with their lead developer. The interview was a one hour technical walkthrough to showcase a few projects I’ve done and explain my coding process. All of the projects were React based projects. After the second interview I never heard back from anyone so I assumed it was a no go. This is where they could improve the process, it’s a long process for both parties so they should give the interviewee a courtesy follow up to let them know it wasn’t a fit.
