Technical and Non Technical interview conducted during my time. very friendly interview. after selection Nokia do 3rd party assessment, this assessment is whole day long and after positive result you can only go through Nokia.

Typical recruiter screen, but when waiting for interview email I was ghosted. Not sure what is happening with their recruiting department. There needs to be better oversight over their recruiters or hr team.
it is rather an interactive process, it covered not only questions and answers. It is more bidirectional that includes both questions on technical capability and conversations exchanging job expectations and understanding.
