Lengthy process for internal hiring. It is subject to several risks as the company is dynamic and changing in very high pace. The interview was smooth with hiring manager and other future team members. The HR are not a key decision makers where at the same time they don't support the potential candidate.

3 rounds , first with HR then technical and finally a more detailed interview which was scenario based along with some hands on code .Prepared components diagram and also system architecture
it was not good. I answered only 50% questions. They are expecting an end to End Architect. In the technical round they asked a lots of question related to the BSS domain and its end to end Architecture. How a Number will be activated and how to it will charged. And also how to manage the Fraud.

waste of time high level position only internal transfer no hope, 4 interview once reach to offer they said internally hired its happened 4 times with 3 different country Singapore Malaysian and Thailand
