Started with a phone interview. Very basic questions, nothing unexpected. Scheduled an in person interview the following week. During the in person interview, the exact same questions were asked, even though the same woman did both of my interviews. Then, the currently employee doing the job can in and pretty much asked the exact same things and told me what the job was like on a day to day basis. After the interview, I was given a card and told to email or call with any questions. I never heard back. I don't mind that they didn't think it was a right for for me to have that position, but anyone with any level of respect knows that you should atleast email the interviewee and tell them "thanks, but no thanks." This made me think very low of the company and the talent manager.
