First was an initial phone call to discover interest and fit. Fairly causal but behavioral questions were asked, Next was a video interview with managers that oversee the role I was interviewing for. It lasted about an hour, plenty of behavioral questions and very important to know exactly what the company does and your own expectations of the role. This is your chance to ask questions. Lastly, I had to "sell myself" in a follow up email. I emailed the managers that I interviewed with and explained why I think I would be a good fit/ deserve the job. This was also an opportunity to ask any last minute questions.
