3. Mock Coaching — I will say, my mock coaching trial wasn't nearly as difficult as other "Sam" experiences. They pretty much spell out what they want you to do, using Motivational Interviewing and OARS.
4. Zoom Interview— This was pretty conversational and chill. They go over your mock trial to see how you do recieving feedback. Overall, a culture check.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
