The interviewing process had three stages. First, applicants take a short quiz (basically asking how you would respond to several Noom user scenarios) and upload a 1 minute video about why you want to work for Noom. Then, you take part in a 1 hr mock coaching session. Finally, you have a 30 minute Zoom interview.

POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
