Great recruiter and very prompt. Noom is a tribal culture. Interviewed with Sr Manager, Director, Head of Division and lastly VP over the Head of Division. Those were the only interviews. Straight to the top of the organization. I thought I had the job based on all feedback. The VP created an unwelcoming interview experience and wanted to be in another place and not talking to me. Everyone else was great but the last interview was a nightmare that had nothing to do with me. Tribal equates to Dictator. Draw your own conclusion.
