There was an initial screening phone call quickly followed by an in-person interview with owners and co-workers. It was a very comfortable conversation about my skills and experience, their needs, portfolio, and growth plans. Included were a tour of the office and the corporate culture. I enjoyed having other co-workers in the same role participate in the interview so that they could ask valuable questions and I could get a better understanding of the corporate culture. We set a follow-up time for one week later, via phone.
