1 hour interview with HR person and manager, quite relaxed and laid back. Be prepared to talk about yourself and answer back questions. After the interview i needed to take a personality test.

Long and tedious, but in the end its just a way for an offshore internal candidate to get a visa. Interviewed with 5 different people, some were just very disinterested.
