My interview experience was pretty cut and dry. I was was first called for a one on one experience. There I met with a most pleasant HR Representative. She asked me the typical situational questions, such as how you would handle a disgruntle customer and what is your idea of good customer service? She was very easy going and talked a lot about the company which made it easier for me to pick up cues on what they expected in an employee. I ensured that I was customer service oriented. At the end of the interview, I was told that she would be contacting me to schedule an interview with a department manager. This happened almost three weeks later. I met with the department manager. He asked me the same type of interview question, showed me around the department floor (women shoes). Told me he would be in touch. A few days later I was sent a email requesting a consent for a background check. That took a few more days...after every thing was completed I was offered a sales position.
