I got a phone call from the department manager. She asked me a couple questions like why I want to work for Nordstrom and then we set up a time for the in person interview. She followed a sheet and asked a couple standard questions then asked me to sell a thing to her.

Applied online and was contacted within a week with an automated email stating that there would be a phone interview. Phone interview lasted 10 minutes, and I was asked to come in the following day for an interview with the HR manager. The HR manager asked me typical sales questions and then introduced me to the department manager who showed me the department I would be working in. I then was asked to do a mock sale.
