Phone interview then in person interview with a number of interviewees and interviewers. You go to one of the Nordstrom locations with about 10 other applicants. You are given a one on one interview. Then asked to pick out an outift (pretending to be the sales person while the person interviewing you pretends to be buying an outfit for the weekend) and then you come together as a group for an open forum of questions.
Straight forward. Lots of questions on customer service and past history of work. Big emphasis on experience with team leading. Quotas seem to also be a big portion of it.

very casual interview, they have standard questions. The interviewer is very nice. I think I answered pretty good. but I didn't get the offer. I think that is because I didn't show my leadership capability. And sales experience is very important too.
