Interview included both sit down portion and a mock exercise where you were given a scenario for why a customer came in to shop and you pick out an outfit based upon the parameters of the scenario and explain why you picked those items and really sell it!
During the sit down part of the interview they really do want you to give specific answers and show that you're not just looking for a job but that you specifically want to work at Nordstrom.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.

Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
