According to the amount of candidates the manager has they’ll let candidates know when they get back to them. You can be decline on the spot if candidate doesn’t meet the requirements the manager is looking for.

The process is a little slow. They do seem to favor candidates from inside stores over outside of stores. Even candidates with less experience who have worked for them are favored
