I went in for an on-site interview and met a number of individuals. My interview was in November, and I am still waiting for Nordstrom to tell me yes or no! Obviously, the answer is No, but you think the HR department could take a minute to send me an email response. I know not responding to all job inquiries has become the norm for firms, but I went in for an on-site interview. The least HR could do is tell me I didn't get the position. That would be the professional approach.
