I met a recruiter at the SWE National Conference. There were no more available interview slots at the conference, but the recruiter kept my resume on file. I was contacted two weeks later to attend the Manufacturing Super Day at the Baltimore facility. The Super Day was very hyped and everyone in attendance was very excited. There were about 40 other applicants attending the event, and we were all given 45 minute individual interview time slots. I had two interviewers, both hiring managers. The interview was behavioural, very relaxed and casual. The rest of the day consisted of facility tours, tech demos, and networking.
Short process that required a 1-on-2 with two team managers. Behavioral questions that are commonly found online and should be responded to in STAR format. Pretty straightforward, but be able to talk in detail about your experiences.

HR Business Partner reached out to schedule an interview and set up the following week. Interview with hiring manager went great! Received an offer over the phone from HR (Wednesday afternoon). Tried to negotiate salary a bit, with no success. I asked if I could have the night to decide and discuss with family; HR agreed. Called the next morning to accept the offer. HR said "great, I'll let the manager know." Got a call 4 hours later saying the manager wanted to "continue interviewing stronger candidates". Very unprofessional experience overall. Not sure why NG is extending offers to "weak" candidates.

I was contacted via email and we set a date for when the hiring manager could call me. He was the engineering manager for the entire division, and he told me there would only be one interview.
