At my career fair, I talked to a general recruitment person. I was then chosen to participate in interviews on campus. I went over what was on my resume with someone who had worked for the company in Software engineering.

Interview was conducted over the phone with the hiring manager directly. It lasted about an hour and a half and the conversation was casual. It was really enjoyable and it seems like they really take care of their employees
