Phone call interview turned into a full Microsoft Teams interview for an hour. A panel interview on the next round with the hiring manager for another hour. Sharpen your technical and Schematic analysis as it was very heavy on what I knew, and how I learned what I didn’t know on it. Having lots of issues with my HR rep (being unresponsive for 3+ weeks at a time) so the process has been extremely slow (~3 months from my first interview date). Forced to accept the offer without negotiation because I could not reach anyone. Very frustrating.

Very straightforward interview. Heavy on resume-based questions and a good amount of behavioral questions as well. About a 30 minute interview with a panel of three. Less technical than other defense companies
