Applied online in mid-May for the Critical Care Fellowship. Two rounds of in-person interviews after online application and HR phone interview. I was asked to specify which ICU I was interested in over the phone, I chose the SICU at Lenox Hill. The Fellowship also offers positions in the MICU and CTICU at LIJ. First interview was with the manager, educator, and an RN on the unit. Lasted about 30 minutes with a tour of the unit itself. Second interview happened about two weeks later with the Director of Surgical Services. Lasted about 20 minutes. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful throughout the whole process! Received an offer over the phone the day after my second interview with a letter to follow in the mail.
