The interview process was fine. I met with both the Assistant Director and Director of Food and Nutrition. Both were very cordial and professional The conversation back and forth was very smooth and easy

They asked me to describe a difficult situation I had been in and how it was resolved
It lasted to 2 hours, I met with upper management in the department. They were very welcoming and I felt very comfortable during the entire process. I think it lasted that long because I met with 4 different people and it was really conversational. I believe the wanted to get a good sense of my personality and who I am.
