Pretty straightforward. One screening call with a recruiter followed by an in-person at their office. Basic questions like describe your strengths/weaknesses and what's you interest in the field. One final interview with the Managing Director which is primarily conversational. The offer came almost immediately after the final conversation.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
