Phone interview with recruiting director with subsequent face-to-face interviews with management. They were revamping their hiring processes when I left, so things might be quite a bit different now. If you're a career changer, expect to do market surveys to see how comfortable you are with the industry. The main thing they're looking for is how presentable you are and how good your oral communication skills are.
