They bring you in at first and just sort of have a discussion on why you want the job and what have you done in college. Then the second interview they go over the job and how you can make so much money. Which feels like a sales pitch and is not really true.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.
