Essentially you should know one thing before the interview process starts: they need you. A recruiter will reach out to you and try to set up a meeting. The recruiters call almost anyone with a heartbeat as only 1 out of 112 candidates get picked. Dont be alarmed at the number. They literally call everyone. Once you go through the first interview the recruiter will pass your application onto a branch manager. As long as you are not the most awkward person in the world you should do fine. they wil ask you basi questions such as what are your strenghts , weaknesses, why should they pick you , simple stuff. This is a Sales Job. 100% commission, you eat what what you produce.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
