Fairly easy. Only 2 rounds were necessary. Met with someone from HR and then one of the Directors of the Intern program. They take many applicants for the position so not too hard to get offered a position.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
