Quick interview, very conversational, talked all about the position and a lot about the office social life. Interviewer was very young, she laid out the basic commission structure and weekly pay and so on. Process was extremely informal Skype interview, she told me about how the job's pay was correlated to what you put into it, "what you put in is what you get out" even though I have heard otherwise. She made a point to tell me that they don't want to force me to sell to family and friends, although in the starter packet she sent me, one of the first things they say to do is think about your "network" and who you would sell to/

Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.

Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
