Awful. Panel interview with 2 higher ups, a financial advisor and a recruiter. They really put you on the spot and try to intimidate you and then promise they will follow up whether they're moving forward or not and then completely ghost you. They also make you do an assessment beforehand to see if you're a fit. If you don't think someone is a fit based on a stupid assessment don't waste their time by interviewing them. They also didn't give a clear picture about the role so it was hard to answer any questions they asked me. This company is a joke.
