The interview is mostly behavioral. It includes one interview with a lower level senior manager and then an interview with someone that explains how the company works and how to be successful.

One initial recruiter call. The recruiter never put me in touch with the hiring team. I recommend that hiring managers take the time to interview qualified candidates. I have little faith that the recruiter accurately gaged my skillset as they didn’t seem to understand certain aspects of the role.
