Had to have 3 step interview. I do believe it was not necessary for all the interviews. The first interview was with the college recruiter, second interview was with the mentor and recruiter and third was with all two including an intern.

The process was smooth and straight forward. A lot of behavioral based questions, but relaxed and low stress. First phase is a phone screening followed by a teams or in person meeting.
