I have applied for this position in march 2024. The hiring process is super slow, recruiter had reached out in April and scheduled a 30 mins call. She has no clue about the rounds of interview. Scheduled a call with hiring manager for next round. It was simple questions regarding IAM lifecycle events and IGA. 3rd round was highly technical with two people which included a simple code. 4th round which I was told as last round by recruiter was behavioral round with two Architects and it was pretty doable. During these process I had to follow up with Recruiter on next rounds and I would get response after a week of each round. To my surprise there was one more round again with the hiring manager and director of IAM. Post the last round I got the automated response email regarding rejection. I actually felt relieved. The whole process took two months.
