The candidate experience is terrible. Communication is nonexistent. I would provide my availability for interviews and then wait forever to the point that I had to ask if I was still being considered. Interviewers were disorganized and unprepared. After going through the interview process I got the auto rejection Workday email. The standard of excellence is incredibly low. I was also an employee referral.
