Easy. Straightforward. More general questions about yourself rather than actual interview questions. Very open and honest interview -- literally a conversation. Interviewer is just trying to get you to take the job without giving you a proper rundown of the company and the role.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
