The interview itself was a very low-stress interview. I only had two interviews, one with a phone recruiter and one with the manager. In the second interview you are told about Plan 150, a process in which you find 150 people to network from. Then you have certain licensing needed in order to sell the insurance that you will inevitably be trying to sell.

The process initially started with a phone call to set a time for the first interview over Zoom. After that, there were two interviews via Zoom. The interviews were about 30 minutes in length.
