In-person interview with Principal Investigator, followed by a meet-and-greet with the rest of the lab members. I was asked about my previous research experience, and why I was interested in the position I was applying for. Beforehand, I researched the lab itself to get a good sense of what they worked on, so I came prepared with questions of my own for the PI.

I applied on the NW website and then was contacted by email from the PI about 2.5 weeks later. We setup a 30min zoom call with the post-docs from the lab. They were very friendly, asked about my career goals and research experience.
