It takes whole month, they ask for on-site interview 3times. Will let you make design samples, first time they will give you 12 A3 pictures with a lots of things, then ask you to create some art works for them. When you go back second time, they will give you one whole pdf. document from other company about 80 pages, also some links, ask you to make some art and design things like that, in line with market trends. Create as many as possible, but they will not give you any original material for this. Then the third times when you go back, they will let you take a test for your graphic skills, however with adobe Photoshop very old version which not very functional. Also the lady beside you during the test time is so much annoying and helpless. She will give you the wrong explanation then make you fell disappointed( maybe she want to keep her job, and not happy for the new competition）but it seems the woman didn't say good things of the test to the manager. Then the most funny thing appeared, after testing the boss actually want your original work that you have done before, she want you email to her said will keep in touch.....However no result comes out. If you email back, they will said "We feel at this time, the type of work we do may not be the optimal fit right now for each other." Not fit??? Not strong graphic skills??? Why you ask my design works??? So anyone who want to apply this job, be careful !!! Maybe they just want to Get Your Design Inspiration or Works !!!
