Dear applicant, We would like to some feedback to your experience in the first round interview you had with us. *First Interview not challenging* The interview process of the success facilitator position has more than 5 stages with different persons / focuses to assure that the candidate we chose has the potential and right skills for that position. We get a lot of applications for this position and with about half of them we do a first interview. This first interview serves to check if we are on the same page and if there is a cultural fit. The first interview, however, does not serve as a in-depth analysis of the full potential of the candiates, as this is time wise simply not possible. Once passed the first stage the interviews become longer and more in-depth. *Test* Usually we do send invitations pointing out that the interview will take around 20 minutes and that afterwards we will send a test and that therefore in total you should reserve yourself 1,5 hours. As a base for the invitation we usually use a template in order to avoid forgetting important things for the applicant. In your case you received the wrong template and therfore the wrong time. We apologize for that. Also the waiting time for the test is outside of our standard. Usually the test is sent right after the interview (within 3 min as also explained before hanging up). To analize your case and the errors that happend I would be happy if you could contact me or let me know who you are. I would like to see in details what went wrong from our side.
