Calm, kind atmosphere, you can really tell the hiring managers want to help you get into the best place for your skillset. Interviews can be virtual if needed which is a good option for me.

Very quick and easy I found the application form online, completed it and sent it to the email address provided, the following day I was invited to an interview. On the day of the interview, I was given a laptop and an hour to complete a series of task - a very easy maths and english questions followed by a set of scenario questions and a prioritisation task. Once this was completed, I was shown to a lounge area and informed that my answers will be sent to the panel who will then decide whether or not to interview me; about 5-10 minutes later the panel came to get me and showed me to the interview room. I was interviewed by a panel of 2 who asked 6 questions (there was no question about what I knew about the organisation or why I wanted to work for them) and I was given the opportunity to ask my own questions. I was later shown to a lounge area while they deliberated, 3 minutes later one of the panel members came to get me and I was offered the position. Following this, I was taken to an area to complete a number of pre-employment documents. Overall, it was a great experience, a lot easier than I anticipated
